This policy explains what Cambridge Junk Removal collects when you ask for junk removal help in Cambridge, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

From the form: your name, phone number, email, and the pickup address, what needs to go, roughly how much of it there is, access details such as stairs or a condo loading dock, and any photos. From a phone call: the number you called from, the time, and any voicemail you leave along with its automatic transcript.

Why we collect it

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent junk removal crew that covers Cambridge through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

Retention

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@cambridgejunkremoval.ca. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
